To support our growth in Germany and in the rest of Europe as well as our ambitious commercial objectives, we are recruiting a Pre-Sales Manager within the Professional Services department, made up of Fiona, Pre-Sales Lead and Quechua, Pre-Sales Manager.
The team's objective is to improve the quality of Padam Mobility's commercial offers in order to increase our commercial successes on all our markets, both French and international. The team's role is to:
analyse customer requirements in order to propose the most appropriate technical and functional solution,
manage and assist the sales teams in responding to tenders.
Supporting the Sales team in sales prospecting:
You carry out contextualised product demonstrations to show prospects the value of Padam Mobility products.
You take part in qualified meetings with our prospects or partners to analyse their needs and answer their technical questions.
Coordination of responses to calls for tenders:
You organize the qualification phase and the Go/No Go decision-making process for opportunities, and analyze functional requirements to define the solution best suited to client needs.
You develop the response strategy with the Sales team: value proposition and differentiating arguments (Unique Selling Points).
You manage bid processes for strategic tenders.
You coordinate all teams involved in the response (Sales, Product & Tech, Customer Success, etc.) to successfully drive the process.
You contribute to drafting the technical proposal.
You prepare administrative documents, ensure document management related to tenders, and validate the final offer.
Finally, you take part in pitch presentations to showcase the product.
Optimising the tender response process:
Defining the product vision and roadmap:
You propose product developments and contribute to the product roadmap.
You contribute to technological and competitive intelligence and take part in discussions on product developments.

To be more precise, here are a few signs that you can't go wrong:
You speak and write English and German fluently (C1/C2 level expected). Fluency in any other European language is a plus.
You graduated of a business/engineering school or an equivalence.
You have a first professional experience in sales, pre-sales or project management and are looking to get involved in a committed company.
You are comfortable working in demanding environments where attention to detail makes all the difference.
You're the one who organises your group of friends' holidays. Another way of underlining your rigour and your ability to put things together and negotiate! 🏖️
