as an e-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR (6 Months internship)
YOUR ROLE
Working directly with the founder, your role will be to support the digital acquisition & e-Commerce growth and optimize the day-to-day OJOA client relationship & experience.
YOUR MISSION
Digital growth & e-Com acquisition
- Set-up, produce & optimize key e-com & digital tools such as ex : LP, campaign’ pages. e-Book etc…
- Coordinate & improve the marketing campaigns (briefing, copywriting, design, performances)
- Set-up the SEO editorial calendar, implement dedicated contents and optimizations
- Analyse key performances to structure and implement strategic recommendations
Clients relationship management (CRM) support
- Finalize our client database set-up and ensure its regular updates and relevance
- Update and follow the emailings plan according to our segmentation
- Ensure the design, sending and performances monitoring of our emails
- Provide clients support and Q&A answers
e-Com clients & products experience optimization
- Organize our regular products & e-Com experience testing sessions
- Identify and support key community events organization
- Consolidate tests feedbacks & results
- Formalize and implement final recommendations
