Missions :
[AI Products] Continuously improve Prolong AI capacities
Modelling: Iterate on existing or build new AI Products combining both traditional ML and LLM approaches depending on the use cases. (e.g. AI Product for improved diagnostics based on images, information retrieval in documents, pattern detection in Defects)
AI stack: Iterate on the foundations of a Minimum Viable AI & Agentic AI stack
[Automation with Gen AI / Agentic AI] Continuously improve Prolong internal Automations / agents to help scaling our activities (OPS, Sales, Marketing, Care & Support, Training)
Use case identification: together with internal people w.r.t to their streams, help identify ROI-driven use cases
External benchmarking: Don't reinvent the wheel, talk to the ecosystem, try new tools
Building internal products: Iterate on existing or build new Automations / Agent to help Prolong scale internal processes on different streams
[Analytics Pipeline & BI] Continuously improve Prolong Analytics capabilities
Data Pipeline:Iteration on existing or build new data transformation pipelines, and improve
Analytics stack: implement new ideas to improve robustness, data quality monitoring, and documentation
BI & Embedding: continuously improve the embedded dashboard directly exposed inside Prolong application
