Your role

As Senior Workplace Experience Manager at Hublo, you will ensure that our work environment fosters productivity, well-being, and alignment with our values. 

Reporting to Lucie (Chief People Officer) and leading one apprentice, you will oversee office management, internal events, employee onboarding, and champion sustainability and social impact initiatives. 

Your role will be pivotal in creating an inspiring and efficient workplace that supports our teams in delivering meaningful results.

  • Manage office operations seamlessly, including vendor relationships, space management, and compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
  • Foster employee engagement and collaboration by designing impactful events and initiatives that enhance team spirit and cohesion across teams.
  • Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that helps new employees integrate quickly and feel welcomed, equipped, and connected from day one.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in workplace management, office operations, or employee experience roles, ideally in dynamic environments like scale-ups.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with success in delivering complex initiatives, such as large-scale events or multi-site operations.
  • Experience leading sustainability and social impact initiatives, with a commitment to driving meaningful change in workplace practices.
