Your role

The Vice President of Marketing will spearhead the development and execution of Hublo's global marketing strategy to drive brand recognition, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This leadership role involves working closely with the Founders and other Comex members, overseeing a multifunctional marketing team, and contributing innovative ideas to the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in SaaS B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the industry, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll be managing an international team of 6 direct reports (1 Head of Product Marketing + 3 people), 1 Growth Marketing manager, 1 Traffic manager, 1 Communication & PR manager, 1 Brand Content manager and 1 Event manager, .

How you'll make an impact

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, market share, and profitability.
    • Collaborate with Comex members and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  2. Product Marketing:
    • Oversee the development of effective go-to-market strategies for new and existing products thanks to a good collaboration with Product and Revenue teams
    • Ensure compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences are developed and spread.
  3. Demand and Lead Generation:
    • Develop and execute demand generation programs and campaigns to drive qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Leverage data and analytics to optimize lead generation and nurturing processes.
  4. Content and Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content across various channels including the website, social media, email, and more.
    • Optimize online presence through SEO/SEM, targeted advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  5. Brand Management:
    • Elevate the Hublo brand through the creation and promotion of compelling, cohesive, and consistent messaging across all platforms.
    • Monitor brand presence and reputation, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with brand values.
  6. Team Management & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to execute their roles effectively.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
    • Monitor ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary to maximize impact.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have significantly increased brand visibility and revenue.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
