YOU WILL
Goodness & Co is recruiting an Impact Director (M/F) to develop and support business in their transformation for positive impact.
- Support CEOs and leadership team becoming a force for good, from purpose to practice.
- Encourage business to define and bring their purpose to life.
- Promote synergies between economic performance and social & environmental progress., with sustainability as a compass of decision.
- Guide our clients to become an Entreprise à Mission or B Corp / Benefit Corporation.
- Foster more collaborative and inclusive governance to best engage the power of people in the transformation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners for a greater impact.
- Build Goodness & Co capabilities, across the board as far as team, services, and partnerships.
- Work collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic often virtual, proficient in agile ways of working.
