- Create an event management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective (Zoom, Eventbrite, Mailerlite, Database)
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules
- Ensuring project deadlines are met. Determining project changes
- Manage Monthly Meetings (Zoom, Google Meet)
- Organizing, attending, and participating in community meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Research
- Finding experts, speakers, panelist for webinar content
- Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
- Content Development
- Generating, researching, and writing articles for blog posts and Newsletter
- Misc.
- Providing administrative support as needed
- Undertaking project tasks as required
- Developing project strategies
