We are looking for a Product Manager to lead products development and build a strong Marketing brand for the products.
Your missions will be:
Product Management on existing & new solutions
→ Leads market analysis: analyses strengths and opportunities relative to medical applications of the technology then identifies, sizes and prioritizes opportunities;
→ Defines, develops and implements the most relevant offers associated with FeetMe products;
→ Identifies User Needs and writes functional specifications in coordination with Product Owner;
→ Customizes FeetMe Products according to customers’ feedbacks. Defines, prioritizes the features associated with the marketing road maps;
→ Manages the product solutions design, prototyping and validation with customers;
→ Identifies best levers to improve the product experience (Technology and content);
→ Is the voice of product’s users in the organization;
→ Competitive intelligence: supports and structures technical and competitive intelligence, develops strong knowledge of the market practices, competitors activities;
→ Support MDR transition.
Sales Support to existing solutions
→ Monitors KPI of product performance and sales efforts;
→ Defines marketing tools including print, online, electronic, social media, and direct mail that convey key product messages. Ensures their updates depending on products evolution and metrics collection;
→ Ensures support to the Sales team: create content for initial and recurrent trainings (sales training and train the trainer), staff, videos, flyers, on-site supports (literature review, identification of clinical thresholds) …;
→ Collects, analyses and prioritizes feedbacks from different customers & sales representatives on existing products;
→ Follows Marketing budget;
→ Leads segmentation of customer base, targeting and monitoring of sales;
→ Answers to technical questions from users and supports their use cases;
→ Identifies, participates in selection and prepares medical congresses: key messages, booth, communication supports…
Communication
→ Help in FeetMe’s media strategy defintion (i.e. Internet, press, television, radio) to launch and position products and services in a new sector (Key messages, visuals) and in content preparation (videos, interviews, testimonials, website…);
→ Review metrics to adjust communication strategy;
→ Supervise the animation and content creation for social media.
Medical Education
→ Identifies relevant metrics to collect and analyze through different clinical cases;
→ Identifies relevant use cases of the solution with existing and rising opinion leaders, supports development of their conferences and communications;
→ Structures and shares medical information and relevant inflexion points with users of the solution to increase added value of the product;
→ Participates in the development of medical training and their supports.
As an ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 company, these activities involve documentation, regulatory and quality compliance activities.
