💼 Your Missions
As Growth & Marketing Manager for BeNeLux at Electra, your mission is to drive consumer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across Be(ne)Lux. You will be at the center of Electra's growth in the region: turning data into action and shaping the consumer experience end-to-end. You will report to the country manager BeLux.
🦸♀️🦸♂️Your responsibilities
Demand Generation
Define and execute acquisition strategy (to Electra app and within the Electra ecosystem) across paid, promo, PR, and SEO to drive traffic growth
Translate data insights into new acquisition ideas and actionable channel plans (e.g., new acquisition channels)
Monitor acquisition metrics and campaign effectiveness, and take corrective actions when needed - you are owner of Consumer KPIs
Customer Engagement & Retention
Execute CRM journeys (incl price discounts) across consumer cohorts to improve sessions, repeat usage, and retention
Drive lifecycle and in-station activation to deepen engagement with existing users
Analyze cohort trends and translate insights into retention actions (incl. for our Electra + Subscription)
Pricing & Revenue Strategy
Own and execute the overall pricing strategy across channels (Electra+, app, roaming)
Monitor pricing performance and adjust to optimize monetization across the region, in light of price sensitivity
HQ Alignment & Execution
Coordinate closely with HQ Revenue and Marketing teams on product roll-outs and central campaigns
Co-build plans, align on priorities and roadmaps, and ensure fast local execution with structured feedback loops
Align stakeholders across functions and support broader business needs (e.g., underperforming channels)
😎 Your profile
5-7+ years of experience in consumer marketing, operations, or strategy
Proven track record of building and scaling consumer operations and strategy
Experience in fast-growing or consumer-focused businesses
Ability to operate in a multi-country company, requiring alignment across teams
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch
Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Excel (or equivalent tools), and comfortable working with numbers
Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and building from scratch
Resilience & adaptability: ability to navigate setbacks (permitting delays, grid congestion, market challenges) and a genuine passion for the energy transition and Electra's mission
Nice to have: Experience in EV charging, energy, mobility, or infrastructure sectors (or adjacent fields such as real estate, retail expansion, or fleet management)
