
Role Overview
As a Manager at Blunomy, you will lead high-stakes strategic assignments for key players in the energy sector, including utilities, grid operators, and technology providers. You will combine strategy consulting methodologies with deep industry knowledge to help our clients navigate the challenges of the energy transition, with a specific focus on power markets, distributed energy resources (DER), and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead Strategic Missions: Drive the end-to-end execution of consulting engagements such as corporate strategy, market entry studies, and business model transformation.
Strategic Problem Solving: Apply rigorous analytical frameworks to solve complex business problems
Executive Delivery: Guarantee the excellence of all deliverables, providing clear, high-impact insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Project Steering: Responsible for the overall management of the project, ensuring the respect of deadlines, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
2. Client & Business Development
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term trusted relationships and managing complex organizational environments.
Commercial Support: Contribute to the firm's growth by identifying opportunities and leading the creation of high-quality commercial proposals and pitches.
Expertise Development: Participate in the continuous improvement of our Energy & Utilities offerings, leveraging your market knowledge to keep the firm at the forefront of industry trends.
3. Project Team Management & Internal Development
Team Supervision: Manage project teams on a daily basis, ensuring efficient workstreams, providing guidance on methodology, and supporting the professional growth of consultants during assignments.
