Your role :

As a Team Assistant, you will be part of the Culture & Innovation domain, working on a cross-functional role and will champion the administrative support to HR, Team Success, IT, Security and Legal teams

Your Missions & Responsibilities :

Offices

  • Services and providers relationship
  • Daily operation of the offices and processing of employee requests related to the use of the offices
  • Orders, purchases and subscriptions
  • Inventory and supply management
  • Reception, mail and parcels (shipping / delivery)

Onboarding

  • Administrative management of the onboarding process (IT tickets, badge settings, diaries, Travel Perk, Gymlib, etc.)

HR, IT, Security and Legal teams support

Employee travels

Events & Rituals

  • Administrative and logistical support for the organization of internal and external events and rituals

You will grow with the role and the organization, and be able to shape it with your talents and your personnality !

Profil recherché

Skills :

We are looking for a real administrative manager who will handle all our operations processes and who is able to liaise with our different teams to bring them the best support

Must have

  • Very good command of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Notion, Sahrepoint, Miro, TravelPerk, Spendesk…)
  • Real appetence for administrative management
  • Able to evolve in a fast-paced, fast-growing environment with full autonomy
  • Ability to work as a team-player and to manage different subjects in parallel
  • Reactivity / Proactivity
  • Daily follow-up of the databases and services
  • Organization of tasks and priorities
  • Well-balanced relationship between openness, flexibility and firmness
  • Fluent English

Nice to have

  • Force of proposal and solution oriented
  • Ability to reach out to teams, to identify and address their needs
  • Daily presence in the office
