La Raison d’être d’AXA Climate est de rendre universelle l’entreprise régénérative.

✨ Your job as Pricing Leader

1) Expected Loss Modeling

    a.   Science for pricing:

Build & update concrete guidance based on Science for pricing purposes to the usage of Underwriters & Data Scientists.
Synchronize meetings between Science Domain and Insurance Ecosystem on a regular basis to translate both the position in the natural variability cycle and the seasonal forecasts into Underwriting / Pricing guidance for the upcoming campaigns.

   b.    Natural perils Modeling:

Natural perils modeling roadmap: deliver missions (inc. build and run robust protocols to validate natural perils modeling while ensuring an independent view), and coordinate efforts to secure execution.

   c.    Pricing Tools: 

Ensure the consistent use of pricing tools across the team (in the context of a growing team), inc. publication of pricing guidelines.
Pricing tools’ improvement roadmap: deliver missions and coordinate efforts to secure execution.

2) Internal Model:

Build the internal model (based on science) roadmap, deliver missions and coordinate efforts to secure execution.
Produce ad hoc reporting for our capital partners.

3) Technical Pricing:

Build the roadmap of the internal model applications for Underwriting & Pricing, deliver missions and coordinate efforts to secure execution.
Build and produce Pricing analytics.
Coordinate Pricing Audits with our capital partners and secure follow-up plans.

🏆 About you

Strong scientific background.
Minimal programming notions to follow and understand code. Python is a +.
English required.
Min 8-10 years of professional experience, with at least 5+ years in insurance pricing environment.
Experience in natural perils modeling is a +.
