Au service de cette mission, 4 différents métiers :
- La formation - via des contenus digitaux, scientifiques pour mettre en mouvement tous les collaborateurs, leur donner les compétences et les outils.
- Le conseil - pour impacter en local, via des actions d’adaptation concrètes.
- L’assurance et le financement - pour sécuriser celles et ceux qui s’adaptent, et impactent.
The Nature-based Solutions Domain’s mission is to help nature proponents (public and/or private) attract more fundings and accelerate their projects through de-risking solutions, from climate insurances to consulting services.
In close relationship with the Domain Leader, the Project Lead will contribute to develop AXA Climate’s recognition in the Nature field by doing business development and direct contributions to consulting missions based on AXA Climate’s transversal expertise.
Main Responsibilities
The Project Lead will:
Realize consulting mission for nature-based actors under the supervision of the Domain Leader
Identify funding mechanisms (grant, loan, others) from public agencies / development bank who have an entity dedicated on Nature. Identify the modalities and requirements, and best use according to project profiles
Participate to commercial pitches and to the development of the consulting offer for Nature
Contribute to maintain a close relationship with partners: regular updates, participation to workshops, events, identification of needs, contribution to commercial pitches etc.
Work with the underwriting team responsible for AXA Climate’s impact insurance to build innovative product for Nature
Work with other Consulting Domains to share knowledge on NbS and promote ecosystem-based adaptation for our clients
