- Foster strong customer relationships, develop a deep understanding of clients’ industries, challenges, and ecosystem to maximize the value proposition of Asteria, and drive them through the most relevant solutions.
- Support our customers in defining their strategic objectives with Asteria and ensure a smooth deployement within their teams.
- Lead customer onboarding and training, ensuring seamless adoption and effective utilization of the platform.
- Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by providing attentive support and operational excellence, proactively solving customer issues, and identifying their future needs.
- Drive customer growth by maximizing product adoption and devlopping upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to drive product improvment and development and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage and grow our customer community by creating a dynamic for sharing and advocacy around biomimicry, innovation, sustainability and connection to the living-world.
