As a supplier Quality Lead Auditor you will be in chrage of:
Organize and lead (or support) supplier audit:
process or product audits following automotive standard requirement: IATF 16949 in force version and VDA6.3 : 2023
- Support the Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) in the completion of the audit corrective actions
- Contribute to supplier selection process and ensure suppliers evaluation using VDA 6.3 P1 in collaboration with purchasing department
- Support the SQE in supplier development
- Support the SQE in supplier APQP deployment and PPAP validation
- Perform supplier product qualification via audit
- Validate the robustness of the suppliers' production process
- Deploy Run@rate methodology and ensure ramp up achievement in preparation for SOP
- Support the SQE in supplier improvement plans with preventive corrective actions and ensure their implementation
- Support the SQE in supplier nonconformity management
- Contribute to ACC processes and tool selection/deployment linked with supplier or quality activities
