Overall job definition:
Management of purchase requisitions and the purchasing process within the quality department.
Location:
Paris offices
Bruges offices (near Bordeaux)
Main missions, objectives and KPIs related:
- Gather the information required to enter purchase requisitions into the Purchase Orders database in conjunction with the requisitioners.
- Write and track the approval of purchase requisitions in the Purchase Orders database.
- Ensure purchase orders are placed for submitted requisitions.
- Participate in budget/review phases.
- Participate in the improvement of the purchasing/finance process within the Quality department.
- Provide training in the purchasing/finance process for Quality department applicants.
- Become a key contact for all questions relating to purchase orders/invoices.
