Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is one of Europe’s newest and most exciting high-tech companies. Backed by Saft-Total, Stellantis-Opel and Mercedes-Benz, ACC is set to power the future of the automotive industry by innovating in battery technology.

Accelerating sustainable mobility for all.

With the upcoming launch of ACC gigafactories in France, Germany, and Italy, we are looking to recruit a project-minded specialist to join the core group of our launch team. This Core team of experts will travel from one Gigafactory to another and its main mission will be to prepare and assist in the industrialization and launch of new manufacturing units. We are looking for multicultural, geographically flexible professionals who thrive on taking up challenges.

- Ensure deliverables maturity follow up/milestones from the DRL (Deliverable Requirement List) inside their scope, supporting PPAP activities

- Support, train and validate the implementation of the production control plan, with the related quality loops implemented and regular reviews of the effectiveness (audits and process walks)

- Manage and guarantee resolution of customers concerns on a daily basis working closely with  Production and Engineering, including the non-conforming material management and flow of information

- Supports continuous improvements by utilizing the appropriate quality tools and with respective data analysis

- Track problem solving activities, supporting the investigations and making recommendations for corrective actions and standards are followed

- Cross-functional work with central functions and Plant for regular reviews of the PFMEA and control plan, deviation management and change management;

- Train and coach the shopfloor structure on the applicable IMS procedures, quality related

Profil recherché

Knowledge:
- Knowledge of problem-solving methods’ (8D, Ishikawa, Why Analyisis, FMEA, SPC, …)

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

- Experience in process quality assurance

- Strong knowledge of quality analysis methodology

- Automotive Core Tools and Quality Project Management experience

Experience (domain, number of years):
- 5 to 10 years of Work experience in the automotive industry

Qualifications:
- Degree in engineering in a relevant field
- English full working proficiency

- SAP knowledge are advantages
- French and German

You will be participating in the launch of the first Gigafactory in France, and benefit from charging stations for electric vehicles, telecommuting 1 day/week for those eligible, catering service delivered (with 7 euros/day paid by the employer), complementary retirement plan (subject to a salary threshold), additionnal & seniority leaves, free access to Gofluent, etc
