Overall job description :

The Lean Methods engineer must define and roll out the ACC Production Way and all methods to manage the improvement of Scrap/OEE.



Main missions and objectives :

- Define the SCRAP/OEE management (Process, governance, KPI, Traffic light…).

- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvements.

- Animate some SCRAP/OEE problems solving.

- Consolidate SCRAP/OEE results, paretos and actions plan.

- Prepare all the reporting on SCRAP/OEE : Dashboard EXCOM, M&IP, …

- Ensure the operational standards redaction if needed (Standardized Work).

- Develop solutions and training modules.

- Ability to train CI, supervisors, and mgrs.

- Ensure field assessment for his/her perimeter and action plan.

- Participate in all field’s animation meetings, as guarantor of the methodology. Be force of proposal.

- Embrace the best practices and lessons learnt capitalization.


OEE:

- Be a force for proposals / Plant Capacity (equipment cycle time and flow simulation).

- Mastering the OEE losses definition and solicit the right entity/person.

- Ensure the OEE accountabilities (Cost allocation) after root causes analysis.

SCRAP :

- Support the Plant Cost controllers by valorization € and reconciliation.

- Ensure the scrap accountabilities (Cost allocation) after root causes analysis.

Profil recherché

Knowledge :

This position is opened to people who have held operational management functions in a similar perimeter.

Experience :

Significant and demonstrated experience in operational management, in production or industrialization methods or maintenance, in the use of Lean manufacturing methodology and tools, and in the coaching and training of managers, CI, and support functions (Quality; Maintenance….).

Qualifications :

PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, 6-sigma, Problem-solving methodology

Successful managerial transformation project. Be a force for proposals in reducing costs (Scrap, etc.) and improving OEE.

Languages :


Must be fluent in English plus French and/or Italian and/or German.
This job will be based in Bordeaux (33) in France but it includes mission in all sites :
