Overall job description :

The Lean Management Referent must roll out the Production Way and animated the Kaizen Workshops for OEE and SCRAP improvement, and other WS if necessary (Lean MFG).

Main missions and objectives :

- Ensure the operational standards redaction if needed (Standardized Work).

- Lead projects/workshops aimed at improving efficiency and reducing costs.

- Lead projects/workshops aimed at improving operational efficiency to increase the OEE (TRS).

- Develop solutions and training modules.

- Ability to train CI, supervisors and mgrs.

- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvements.

- Ensure Performance assessment for his/her perimeter and action plan.

- Participate in all field animation meetings, as guarantor of the methodology. Be force of proposal.

- Embrace the best practices and lessons learnt capitalization.

Profil recherché

Knowledge :

This position is opened to people who have held operational management functions in a similar perimeter.

Experience :

Significant and demonstrated experience in operational management, in production, in the use of Lean manufacturing methodology and tools, and in the coaching and training of managers, CI, and support functions (Quality; Maintenance….)

Qualifications :

PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, 6-sigma, Problem-solving methodology

Key behaviours :

Some extra skills which make the difference

Successful managerial transformation project. Be a force for proposals in reducing costs (Scrap, etc.) and improving OEE.

Language skills

Must be fluent in English plus French and/or Italian and/or German.
