Overall Job definition:
The Electrical Treatment Engineer drives innovative projects to optimize the cell formation process in terms of Operational Excellence.
They work in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (Industrial, R&D, Simulation teams, academics…) to identify and to optimize Product/Process interactions during electrical treatment through a scientific approach.
They will provide a technical assistance to Industrial teams for new product launch and/or to fix quality issues.
Main missions:
From a global point of view :
- To identify most impacting parameters of the electrical treatment process for various chemistries through a scientific methodology associating physics and data analysis.
- To define means and technologies to characterize if process is answering product requirements
- To optimize with R&D team and Process Manufacturing Engineering team process parameters to reach the product performance
- In case of deviation, to be able to define the root cause and to propose actions plan
- To make a technology and IP survey
