Overall job definition:
The Nersac Industrial Project Manager has a solid experience and skills in a complex industrial project management (automotive, battery, production system). He’s responsible for equipment industrialization.
He ensures the good execution and management of the project. He structures and manages the project team, he makes the decisions and controls the main KPIs to reach the targets of the project (quality, timing, performances OEE, scrap, and costs). He’s fully accountable about the performances and results of the project, and he communicates to the Excom members of the company.

- To define the project scope and establish the business case
- To engage the project at Excom level
- To define the resources needed for the good execution of the project
- To structure the project team and the project organization
- To define the overall schedule target of the project and the main milestones

- To build the overall project schedule and deliverables
- To build team spirit and project standard agenda
- To make decisions to ensure the results of the project
- To ensure the good execution and organization of the project (equipment and building)

- To control the KPI dashboard with the operational performance review.
- To control the overall budget of the project (CAPEX and OPEX)
- To define the action plan, the priorities to close the gap and to resolve the issues.
