As a Senior Equipment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, and optimization of advanced manufacturing equipment and processes within our cell manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of our equipment and systems, contributing directly to the successful production of our cell-based products.
Your Main Missions will be:
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, including cell assembly machines, automated systems, and testing instruments
- Lead efforts for equipment mechanical & electrical related issues during installation, commissioning and production ramp up phases. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose modification and optimization of manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and execute validation protocols for equipment and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and productivity enhancements, and work on projects to implement these enhancements.
- Support equipment vendors during installation and commissioning to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and equipment files to support compliance and auditing requirements.
