We are looking for a development-oriented Supervisor at ACC, to drive our cell Electrical treatment unit in the future gigafactory located in Termoli industrial area.
The unit is a fully automatized process, similar to an electro-chemistry quality control department, made of several processes regarding chemistry/electrical battery cell activation, and on/offline quality checking.
The job will be on 3 shifts, Saturday and Sunday included.
Main missions
To lead your production team(20-30 units) focus your attention on safety, environmental aspects, quality, and productivity, identifying every shift as the main priority, collaborating with the multifunctional team, and leading it in every shift to minimize and solve issues.
To collaborate with the supervisors of the other units working in the same shift, to achieve the best shift plant results.
To collaborate with the supervisors of the same unit, working in the other 2 shifts, giving information, and cooperating to achieve the best daily unit results in terms of satisfaction with the production schedule and overall service provided towards the module assembly department and the best cost/cell according to our target.
To make sure the quality control plan is properly executed and report each deviation related to it.
To identify the training needs to develop continuously the skills of the production team in order to increase the skill matrix level of all the unit workers and reduce the cost of lack of training (incidences, scraps, breakdowns, maintenance, etc).
To feed during the shift, the internal system of data acquisition required for the unit, looking immediately at the related KPIs, to escalate to the Shift Manager and collaborate with the Department’s Line Manager to suggest solutions to improve continuously the performance of the unit.
In addition to this, you have an opportunity to participate in the acceptance process of all the equipment during the installation and commissioning phases, according to the requested Industrialization Technical Specifications.
