To achieve this, members of the makesense community created a platform in 2014 that brings together all those who want to put their professional lives at the service of an inclusive and sustainable society: passionate entrepreneurs, committed players in the social and solidarity economy, training organizations for the professions of tomorrow and talented candidates in search of meaning.

With nearly 150,000 visitors each month, around 100 new job offers every day, more than 5,000 registered recruiters and dozens of referenced training courses, the site has now become the reference for positive impact employment.

Background of the mission 🤔

We have been giving the platform a whole new scope for 2 years and have just closed a fundraising.

The number of recruiters on the platform is skyrocketing. Our ambition: to satisfy as many of them as possible and help them to recruit. They are also the ones who allow us to finance the platform and make it grow thanks to the different subscription offers we propose to them.

One of the keys to reach these objectives is the help given to recruiters: from getting used to the platform to the follow-up during the year.

👉 In this context, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager for a 6 month internship to support the person in charge of recruiters on the following missions :

Missions ✌️

😁 CSM Finality (70%):

⭐️ PRIO: Participate in the reception and onboarding of recruiters.

⭐️ PRIO: Participate in the prevention of "churn" (unsubscribing): implementation of monitoring tools and processes.

⭐️ PRIO: Contribute to the management of the success of ads, their improvements and optimizations: highlighting of offers, scoring to know which offers to highlight at which time etc.

Contribute to the improvement of recruiters' spaces and ads: content and qualifications

Organize webinars to discover the platform (Discovery & Pro)

Be the privileged contact and support the recruiters

Collect and analyze their feedback on the platform to make suggestions for product modification. You are the voice of the recruiters!

Participate in the maintenance and evolution of the FAQ (knowledge base)

Proactively participate in the improvement and creation of the platform's tools

Ensure the social engagement of new recruiters on the platform

🧠 Marketing purpose (30%):

⭐️ PRIO Marketing: Take part in the reflection so that recruiters are our first promoters and a lever for acquiring traffic on the site

Take part in identifying recruiters for articles in the media or interviews

Contribute to the writing of entrepreneur portraits and articles

Support recruiters in their HR communication strategy

Monitoring the HR communication of our recruiters

Selling subscriptions to the recruiters you are in contact with, or boosting their ad according to their needs.

Conditions ☝️

Start : March 2022 (6 months internship)

Location : Ideally in Paris at makesense's offices at 11 rue Biscornet 75012. Telecommuting is possible, our team is fully split between Paris, Lyon and Nantes.

Internship bonus: 900€/month + 50% of the transport ticket + meal ticket.

You are easy to talk to and like to help others. Your priority is to satisfy the recruiters on the platform.

You are a bit of a maniac: you like it when recruiters' spaces are pretty and look good!

If you want to receive less conventional cover letters than the standard one found on Google "with the famous "Best regards" at the end," give some information about your need to the candidates. At the end of your offer, you can for example add a paragraph:
