- help managers to anticipate and refine their recruitment needs
- provide an exceptional candidate experience (interviews, feedbacks, leadtimes)
- manage the entire process from sourcing strategy and talents identification to final selection
- pilot the activity to recruit faster and better, by implementing the right tools (keywords, ATS, scorecards, templates…), measuring KPIs, analyzing successes and failures, testing and innovating continuously
- make us shine on the web and in real life (schools relationships, forums and job fairs…) with the right messages and communication materials
