With a team of 20 employees spread across 6 different countries, our mission is to enrich daily life through immersive and innovative digital experiences.
We mainly serve the B2B markets, helping cultural institutions and brands build loyalty, attract new audiences, and generate new revenue streams thanks to our services. Our platform offers a rich catalogue, including 4 million audio tracks, 10,000 HD videos, and 5,000 proprietary content pieces, providing a comprehensive multimedia experience that blends art, culture, and technology.
We already collaborate with prestigious partners such as the Opéra de Paris, Palau de la Música in Barcelona, Muziekgebouw, Musée d’Orsay, and Philharmonie de Paris, London Symphony Orchestra among many others. To date, over 50 cultural institutions worldwide rely on our platform to power their digital transformation and enhance audience engagement.
We also launched an impact branch: we build streaming platforms for hospitals, care homes, nurseries for underprivileged children, centers for disabled people,… so that we can contribute to their wellbeing thanks to arts and culture.

We are currently looking for a motivated Project Management intern to join our dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in operations, project management, and cross-departmental delivery while contributing to a fast-growing, tech-driven start-up. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, assisting in overseeing the B2B and Content departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
As an Intern, you will work very closely with the Senior Project Manager in order to ensure the best customer satisfaction possible.
You will and assist her in all her tasks, which include the following ones:
● Support Project Delivery of white-label streaming platforms and dynamic players. Help track project milestones and timelines, and ensure efficient communication between departments.
● Help Optimize Processes by collaborating with the team to identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and contribute to the implementation of tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
● Maintain Documentation & Tools for project management, such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack. Ensure that all team members have access to up-to-date information and materials.
● Team Communication. Participating in team meetings and cross-departmental syncs to ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
● Assist with Customer Feedback Integration and data analysis by gathering customer feedback from the B2B and Customer Success teams and incorporating insights into future project planning and operational improvements.
● Native or bilingual speaker of English and French (high level of French required). Knowledge of German will be an added value.
● Digitally savvy with strong technical skills
● Rigorous and with excellent time management and organizational skills
● Available full time for a minimum of 6 months
● Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management principles, or experience in a tech-oriented environment is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
● Good knowledge of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
