To accelerate our international expansion, we are looking for an International Account Executive with strong partnerships experience.
Your key responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and close strategic enterprise accounts
- Own complex sales cycles end-to-end: discovery, demos, value proposition, negotiation, and closing
- Build compelling business cases combining CO₂ impact, IT performance, and cost optimization
- Activate and co-sell with partners when relevant (GSIs and tech partners such as Microsoft and Dynatrace)
- Represent Sopht across the ecosystem (events, conferences, key meetings)
- Help scale international sales and partner-led growth processes
Nice to have
- Experience in Green IT or Sustainability
- Knowledge of carbon accounting, environmental impact, or IT transformation
- Background in a fast-growing startup or scale-up
Total compensation
60-70k base salary + €40-50k bonus/variable pay
