Description of the mission

Dans le cadre du développement de notre pôle Recrutement & Relations Entreprises, Schola Nova recherche un(e) Assistant(e) RH en stage pour contribuer activement au recrutement et à l’accompagnement de nos candidats.

Vous intégrerez une équipe RH au cœur de l’action, avec un rôle clé dans l’identification des talents et l’accompagnement des apprenants vers leur projet professionnel.

Conduire des entretiens de présélection (téléphoniques et physiques),
Identifier et recruter les profils adaptés à nos formations et à nos entreprises partenaires,
Accompagner individuellement les candidats dans leur recherche d’alternance ou d’emploi,
Animer et co-animer des ateliers (CV, préparation aux entretiens, posture professionnelle),
Participer à l’organisation de nos événements recrutement et journées portes ouvertes
Être un véritable appui opérationnel pour l’équipe RH au quotidien.
