As Padam Mobility is growing and evolving fast, we are recruiting a Senior Business Developer to help us develop within the DACH market.
With Gerd, your manager, and the rest of the DACH team composed of various people with specific roles such as Business Development (Pranav), Customer Success (Mélissa, Sarah), Customer Support (Tahnee), Presales (Fiona), your role is to develop public on-demand transport to fit the needs of people and territories.
Drive Sales Growth
You develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the public transport and corporate sector,
You identify new business opportunities and target key markets to expand our client base in DACH,
You conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the value and benefits of our SaaS offerings,
You pursue partnership opportunities with strategic organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance our market presence,
You conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
You nurture and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention,
You act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their evolving needs and proactively offering relevant solutions,
You provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any client concerns or issues.
Sales Team Collaboration and Leadership:
