Description of the job :

To fuel its rapid expansion in Brazil, MORFO is seeking a seasoned Executive Sales Director to spearhead its development. This pivotal role presents a compelling challenge for an accomplished professional, providing an opportunity to accelerate and structure a strong commercial development of MORFO on the Brazilian market for the coming years. Your main missions will be to continue developing and expanding the sales team, to ensure stable and intelligent growth of MORFO’s customer portfolio, and to ensure strategic expansion in the booming reforestation market in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategically define market parameters, develop playbooks, refine sales processes, and design commercial products in the context of complex sales.
  • Review, implement and improve the Customer Success strategy - from setting up processes to detailed monitoring.
  • Co-develop and co-execute a sales-marketing strategy with the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer).
  • Execute sales strategy, ensuring validation and structuring of the sales pipeline.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, closing deals, and contribute to the recruitment and organization of the commercial team.
  • Proficiently manage CRM systems.
  • Sales representation.
Profile

Qualifications:

  • +10 years experience in complex selling and managing large-scale accounts.
  • Proven experience in startups, navigating new markets, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven experience in dealing with Brazil largest corporates.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a high-performing team, starting from scratch.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
