Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

The Country Coordinator – Bangladesh plays a key role in ensuring the coherence, sustainability, and development of LP4Y’s mission at country level. Based in the field, the coordinator works closely with national and international teams, partners, and stakeholders to support the professional and social inclusion of young adults coming from extreme poverty.
For over 15 years, LP4Y has developed and implemented innovative inclusion solutions across 13 countries, supporting the professional integration of more than 10,000 young adults and their families. In the Philippines and across the region, these actions are carried out through 19 Training and Development Centers, 6 Green Villages, 4 Little Angel Academies, and 2 LP4Y Labs worldwide.
The Country Coordinator is responsible for defining and implementing the country strategy in line with LP4Y’s global vision and the national context. This includes overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and monitoring, as well as managing human resources for both international and national teams (legal aspects, training, and support).
The role also involves ensuring operational follow-up of activities, supporting multidisciplinary teams in the field, and contributing to the development of a strong local ecosystem. As the country’s main representative, the Country Coordinator strengthens partnerships with institutional, private, and civil society stakeholders to ensure the sustainability and impact of LP4Y’s programs.
This mission is open to motivated and committed candidates who are eager to learn and ready to engage in an intercultural and field-based experience. Applicants should have prior professional experience and a strong interest in social impact, youth inclusion, and international solidarity.
We are looking for open-minded, dynamic, and proactive individuals who are comfortable working in a multicultural and non-hierarchical environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Candidates should be available for a minimum commitment of 13 months (renewable) and be willing to live and work in the field, close to the communities supported by LP4Y. A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and alignment with LP4Y’s values is essential.
