Description of the mission

🚀 Contexte

Nous sommes une petite structure en croissance qui conçoit et produit des poufs géants avec un atelier interne et une boutique Shopify.

Aujourd’hui, notre activité augmente vite… mais nos outils n’ont pas suivi.

Résultat :

beaucoup de saisie manuelle
des process bricolés entre Shopify, Google Sheets et l’atelier
du temps perdu sur des tâches répétitives

👉 Notre objectif : passer en mode “zéro saisie manuelle” pour gagner en efficacité et fiabilité.

Votre mission : "Zéro saisie manuelle"

L'objectif est d'automatiser notre flux de production pour nous redonner du temps. Vos chantiers prioritaires :

Interconnexion (Zapier) : Automatiser l'import des commandes Shopify vers nos fichiers de prod et déclencher les notifications clients automatiques.
Gestion des Stocks (AppSheet) : Finaliser une application simple de scan QR Code pour les entrées/sorties de composants (douchette/smartphone).
Tableaux de Bord (GSheet) : Créer des indicateurs de performance (KPI) dynamiques et automatiser la génération des Bons de Livraison PDF.

Profile

Étudiant(e) Ingénieur avec un goût prononcé pour les outils No-Code (Zapier, AppSheet) et Google Sheets.
Débrouillard(e), autonome et orienté(e) "solutions simples".
Envie de bosser dans une structure agile avec un impact immédiat sur l'atelier.
