Le poste

Vous intégrerez une équipe où entraide et partage sont au cœur du quotidien.

Vos missions principales seront :

Organiser et coordonner les soins infirmiers en analysant l'état de santé des bénéficiaires et en mettant en place un parcours de soin adapté.
Réaliser et évaluer les actes infirmiers (dans le rôle propre ou sur prescription médicale), effectuer les soins thérapeutiques planifiés, mettre à jour le dossier du bénéficiaire, appliquer les procédures d'urgence et de situation exceptionnelle.
Contribuer à la démarche qualité et à la gestion des risques, en participant à l'élaboration des protocoles et procédures ainsi qu'aux différentes instances et comités de l'établissement.

Profile

Votre profil

Titulaire du diplôme d'État d'Infirmier, vous avez idéalement une première expérience dans le domaine.
Vous êtes :

Dynamique, rigoureux(-se) et disponible
Adaptable, ouvert(e) d'esprit et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel
À l'aise avec le travail pluridisciplinaire et les outils informatiques/métiers
Respectueux(-se) de la discrétion professionnelle et de la confidentialité
