Description of the mission

En lien avec les responsables projets, le chargé de projets participera au développement, au suivi des projets créés et sélectionnés par HELEBOR.

Le chargé de projets gère le suivi des projets dont il a la charge et en garantit le bon déroulement. Il suit un panel de projets engagés par HELEBOR avec les structures du sanitaire et du médico-social, en lien avec les responsables projets et sous leur supervision :

Suivi de projets d’envergure en s’assurant de leur équilibre financier (participation à l’élaboration des budgets prévisionnels)
Conduite de projet (rédaction des fiches-projets et de bilans pour les partenaires financiers)
Participation à la recherche de financement (localement auprès des entreprises, appels à projet des fondations…)
CDD : rémunération en fonction de l’expérience

Profile

BAC+3 à 5
Expérience > + 3 à 5 ans dans la gestion de projets, le marketing ou le conseil : secteur de l’ESS ou de l’entreprise.
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
Bonne appétence pour les chiffres, maîtrise Excel
Réactivité, rigueur, autonomie et capacité d’organisation
Solides capacités de présentation et de rédaction, bon relationnel
