The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability in the built environment, knowledge of the certification landscape, strong networks in the construction industry as well as a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a community of practice.
Key responsibilities:
Develop a network of accredited professionals (AP) in France and in further European countries to carry out the RESET certification program, including:
- Identify suitable consultants, architects, engineering companies and further agencies as potential partners;
- Reach out and introduce the RESET standard, the AP program, the MATTER software tool and further offerings;
- Build and maintain relationships with the APs, creating a strong community of practice around RESET.
Develop the training program for accredited professionals on the basis of the RESET standard and together with the standard development team, including:
- Design the training material content, including the production of videos, publications and other delivery formats;
- Conduct trainings sessions and capacity building programs to onboard APs with the standard and the tools;
- Develop RESET communication items to equip APs in their client facing activities;
- Contribute to thought leadership pieces with research on various topics to support and nourish the community.
Support client projects delivery depending on needs:
- Review in-house client standards and labels
- Support technical project accompaniment (e.g. assessments, recommendations, etc);
- Conduct benchmarking and other analytics
Contribute to further research and standard development as per RESET’s strategic direction:
- Contribute to methodological research on various new dimensions of the standard;
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in sustainability to effectively communicate the benefits of RESET.
