Description of the mission

En tant que Business Developer chez Frello, tu joueras un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité. Tes missions incluront :

Prospection commerciale : Identifier et engager de nouveaux prospects (organismes de formation, associations, centres de langues, entreprises, AF/IF).
Suivi des leads : Qualifier les prospects, organiser des démos et y assister avec l’un des commerciaux.
Développement de partenariats : Collaborer avec des acteurs stratégiques pour élargir notre réseau et renforcer notre impact.
Veille stratégique : Analyser les tendances du marché et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
Amélioration continue : Contribuer à l’optimisation de nos outils et processus commerciaux.

Profile

Nous recherchons une personne proactive, indépendante, motivée par l’impact social et désireuse de contribuer à une cause qui a du sens.

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en école de commerce, université ou équivalent (niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5).
Vous avez une forte appétence pour la vente et le développement commercial.
Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux (CRM, outils de prospection).
Vous êtes organisé(e), persévérant(e) et aimez travailler en équipe.
