Within the Marketing & Strategy department, in direct report with our CMO, you are in charge of building the best customers’ experience after their first booking.
Your objective is to maximize loyalty on all markets by increasing repeat, lifetime value and NPS metrics.
Your main responsibilities will be to :
1. Implement 2023 loyalty actions to increase repeat purchases and deliver the 2023 budget for repeaters.
This includes :
- Developing your knowledge of our customers’ behavior (analyses with our Data department user feedback, surveys)
- Implementing a relevant and personalized CRM (re)activation plan as well as 360° actions in collaboration with the brand team, the acquisition team and the sales team.
2. Contribute as the business lead into our Loyalty impact team (x functional team with product, tech & data focused on the repeat business objective) in order to deliver the 2025 loyalty plan
- Increasing Evaneos added value/perceived value in our customers’ lifecycle
- Monitoring & improving our customers satisfaction in collaboration with our Customer Care department
- Developing their consideration for Evaneos for their future travels & conversion into bookings
