Pour l’ouverture d'un nouveau lieu unique, nous recherchons un·e serveur·euse chaleureux·se, dynamique, et attaché·e à créer une expérience accueillante et inclusive pour notre clientèle.

👉 Tes missions :

Accueillir et conseiller chaleureusement les client·es dans un lieu convivial, engagé et multiculturel.
Assurer un service attentif et rapide en salle et au bar.
Contribuer à l’atmosphère positive et engagée du lieu en participant activement aux événements (brunchs, soirées, programmation culturelle).
Respecter et appliquer la charte éthique et solidaire du projet (engagement contre toute forme de discrimination, attention à la sobriété et au bien-être sur le lieu).

🔍 Profil recherché :

Expérience exigée en service en restauration, idéalement en restaurant gastronomique, bistronomique, ou en hôtellerie 3 ou 4 étoiles.
Excellentes qualités relationnelles, rapidité, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
Anglais obligatoire.
Intérêt réel pour les projets solidaires, sociaux, et culturels.
Capacité à travailler en soirée et à être force de proposition dans l’accueil et l’animation du lieu.
