Description of the mission

Ernest recrute 3 administrateur·ices bénévoles (expertise clé)

Chez Ernest, on finance une aide alimentaire durable grâce à nos restaurants et à notre réseau solidaire. Notre CA est composé de personnes extérieur·es et bénévoles : on cherche 3 renforts pour rejoindre le CA et la présidence collégiale de l’association.

On cherche des personnes qui ont envie de mettre leur expertise au service d’un modèle de restauration solidaire, avec un cadre clair et un engagement réaliste.

Concrètement, on a besoin d’expert·es pour sécuriser la trésorerie, structurer nos décisions et renforcer notre modèle économique solidaire (sans micro-management : le rôle est stratégique, cadré, et utile).

Profile

Trois expert.e.s recherché.e.s

1) Finance / trésorerie / contrôle de gestion

Profil idéal : asso ou restauration (pilotage trésorerie, budget, suivi d’indicateurs, alertes).

2) Un·e restaurateur·ice

Profil idéal : tu as ou tu as eu un restaurant (conseil, expérience terrain, stratégie).

3) Développement ressources (mécénat / subventions / partenariats)

Profil idéal : stratégie de financement, structuration des dossiers, relations partenaires,

📍 Paris (réunions visio + quelques temps forts)

⏱️ Engagement : CA tous les 3 mois + 1 point mensuel par pôle (à 3 ou 4 personnes)
