➔ Description of the mission

Au sein de nos équipes, votre rôle sera d’accompagner le développement de nos projets d’agriculture régénératrice, principalement dans les systèmes d’élevage.

Votre capacité d’analyse de la filière et de mise en relation des acteurs de la chaine de valeur agricole vous permettrons de :

• Gérer les relations partenariales : suivi des partenaires actuels (principalement pour la production animale) et identification de pistes de développement (nouveaux projets,

diversification, collaboration), gestion des contrats de partenariat

• Définir la stratégie de développement et élaborer des partenariats stratégiques pour développer des initiatives d’agriculture régénératrice et d’élevage durable en Europe :

• Filière animale : analyse et intégration dans les projets existants, et diversification des filières à intégrer dans les projets.

• Relocalisation des protéines : Développement d’une démarche territoriale sur une zone stratégique avec des partenariats avec d’autres parties prenantes au niveau du paysage local (ONG, associations, groupes industriels, assurances, banques…)

As Member Manager - France, you will play a key role in bringing Earthworm Foundation’s mission to life by driving our collaboration with your member and its affiliates on regenerative agriculture and responsible sourcing across France. You will lead and coordinate impactful programs, as well as ensuring consistency with other European projects for the member while contributing to Earthworm Foundation's wider regenerative agriculture vision for Europe.

This role blends strategic direction and practical delivery. You will connect people and ideas across teams, members, and local partners to turn sustainability commitments into real change on the ground. You are motivated by action, skilled at building trust, and passionate about helping farmers and companies transition toward systems that restore nature and strengthen livelihoods.
