Tu es également en charge du développement d’un portefeuille client sur ton secteur et tu t’assures de leur satisfaction et de leur fidélité.

Responsabilité #1: gagner des clients !

Tu démarches et transformes des prospects à volume sur ton secteur
Tu t'appuies pour cela sur notre réseau de clients et nos partenaires distributeurs
Tu maintiens à jour ton CRM pour optimiser notre efficacité commerciale

Responsabilité #2: faire fructifier le portefeuille client existant

Interlocuteur privilégié de tes clients, tu assures leur satisfaction et leur fidélité
En lien avec notre responsable marketing, tu proposes des formations, PLV, animations et activations pour assurer la mise en avant de nos produits

Doté d'un vraiment tempérament commercial, tu aimes le contact et sais être à l'écoute des attentes de tes clients
Orienté résultats, tu as à coeur d'atteindre et de dépasser tes objectifs
Réactif et rigoureux, tu sais travailler en autonomie et solliciter l'appui de ton manager selon tes besoins
