Bioline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to oversee and monitor strategic projects across our global and local organizations. The role will primarily focus on monitoring transformation projects, integration of newly acquired companies and other strategic programs, reporting directly to top management, and animating key committees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the integration of newly acquired companies, transformation initiatives, and growth programs.

• Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of global and local strategic projects.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Report progress, risks, and achievements to top management and during Executive Committees.

• Implement governance models, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and committees.

• Consolidate and present strategic updates using advanced Excel analysis and PowerPoint presentations.

• Manage consultancy firms, internal teams, and external stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master or bachelor degree in project management, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in strategy implementation and complex projects.

• Demonstrated success in managing business development and innovation-driven initiatives.

• Experience with M&A projects, including cross-functional collaboration and post-merger integration.

• Experience collaborating with consulting firms and managing external advisors.

• Strong background in project management, including governance, reporting, and coordination across various levels.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights.

• Experience working with top management and presenting in high-stakes environments.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Comfortable working with remote teams and independently managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Required skills:

• Fluent in French and English; proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, especially Phase-Gate process.

• Excellent mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail combined with effective time management and organizational abilities.

Work Environment:

• Based in Paris, France, with the flexibility to work remotely.

• Occasional travel may be required for key meetings or project milestones.
