Votre rôle

Sous la responsabilité de la Déléguée générale, vous êtes un véritable appui opérationnel pour l’ensemble de l’association.

Vos missions

🔹 Support administratif & office management

Gestion des mails, pré-comptabilité, fournisseurs, réunions, déplacements, logistique.

🔹 Support aux opérations CTA

Logistique des ateliers, CRM, reporting, mise en forme de supports pédagogiques.

🔹 Appui au dispositif Solution Orientation

Gestion des inscriptions, prise de rendez-vous, suivi administratif des jeunes et des familles.

Organisé·e, rigoureux·se, fiable
À l’aise avec les outils bureautiques et numériques
Bon relationnel (contacts fréquents avec jeunes, parents, partenaires)
Appétence pour le secteur associatif ou éducatif appréciée
