Vous assistez administrativement la Direction du commissionnement et en particulier son responsable (calcul versement des variables aux commerciaux).

Vous travaillez sur les différents supports des challenges commerciaux, vous rédigez des notes internes à destination des salariés commerciaux. Par ailleurs, vous pourrez assister le Directeur des Projets commerciaux et un responsable de projet commercial (notes, agenda etc). Vous serez amené à produire des reportings d'équipe, en charge également de la facturation du service. Vous archiverez des documentations commerciales.

Expériences confirmées attendu dans l'assistanat technique et opérationnelle. Vous avez des compétences avancées en pack office (word, Excel, Power Point). Vous êtes autonome avec un bon sens du service.
