Le Pilotage du traitement des Transferts de Courtage et de Gestion Financière, Mise en place et suivi des conventions juridiques et avenants divers, Soutien des collaborateurs du Département et des équipes commerciales.

Le pilotage du traitement des Transferts de Courtage et de Gestion Financière : Analyse des demandes, Echanges Clients / Partenaires, Pilotage du traitement dans les outils auprès des Directions expertes, Confirmation Clients / Partenaires - Finalisation de l’opération, Mise à jour de la Procédure en cas d’évolution.
Mise en place et suivi des conventions juridiques, annexes tarifaires et avenants divers : Rédaction des projets grâce à une bibliothèque de modèles existants, Suivi des phases de validation auprès des Directions expertes, Suivi de la signature des documents, en charge des relances et de l’archivage.
Soutien des collaborateurs du Département : Aider au suivi des opérations liées aux cessions, Accompagner le collaborateur en charge des réclamations et de l’évaluation des tiers.

Qualités rédactionnelles, Esprit d'analyse.

BAC + 2 ou 3 en Assurances Bonne pratique des outils informatiques, notamment Word.
