L'Afev est à la recherche de son·sa prochain·ne responsable comptable.

Rattaché.e à la Directrice Financière et administrative, le·a Responsable Comptable aura pour mission de :

Manager une équipe de 3 assistant·es comptables
Participer à l'élaboration des budgets annuels et contrôler la cohérence
Accompagner les délégations régionales : suivi budgétaire, bilan financier, facturation client, suivi des subventions et des règlements
Analyser et justifier les comptes : contrôle budgétaire et reporting financier
Pilotage du bilan comptable annuel et de la clôture semestrielle
Suivi du développement des activités lucratives : accompagnement administratif et comptable, fiscalité

Formation : Bac +2 souhaitée en comptabilité et/ou contrôle de gestion

Expérience : disposant d’une 1ère expérience professionnelle pour un poste similaire d’au moins 2 ans en organisation multi site et en gestion analytique, idéalement en milieu associatif

Profil : autonomie, rigueur, adaptabilité, esprit d’équipe, bon relationnel et bonne gestion des priorités, appétence pour le numérique, bonne maîtrise du Pack OFFICE. Connaissance de CEGID appréciée.
