The AMP / Aide Medico-Psychologique plays a crucial role in the healthcare system. These professionals are responsible for providing ongoing mental health and psychosocial care and services to patients. In particular, the AMP / Aide Medico-Psychologique is responsible for :

Assess patients' needs and provide them with services and activities adapted to their needs and state of health.

Salary and career development of AMP / Aide Medico Psychologique

The salary of an Aide Medico Psychologique (AMP) is highly variable and may be CCD or conventional. Gross annual salaries vary according to years of experience:

0 to 2 years: between €18,000 and €22,000

2 to 5 years: between €22,000 and €25,000

5 to 10 years: between €25,000 and €30,000

10 to 15 years: between €30,000 and €33,000

Over 15 years: between €33,000 and €35,000
