Roles and missions of the Educational Director
A Director of Pedagogy's main mission is to design, organize and implement a pedagogical strategy within an organization. To this end, they have the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement educational programs and plans.
Develop innovative educational strategies adapted to user needs.
Monitor the effectiveness of programs and teaching methods.
Keep staff and students informed of the latest educational trends.
Evaluate the progress and skills of students and teachers.
Develop and document pedagogical policies and procedures.
