Roles and missions of the QSE Project Manager / QSE Project Officer
As QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) Project Manager, my main mission is to ensure quality, safety and the environment within the company. As such, my main responsibilities are as follows:
Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws, regulations and international standards on quality, safety and the environment;
Develop and update QSE documents and procedures, as well as risk management systems;
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to guarantee the quality of products and services;
Detect and analyze risks and incidents;
Evaluate and improve QSE performance of products and processes;
Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with QSE procedures;
Develop and maintain the quality and environmental management system, as well as the risk management system;
Run QSE training courses for staff, and ensure that they are aware of the rules and standards in force;
Draw up annual QSE performance reports;
Propose corrective actions and preventive measures.
I also ensure that QSE procedures are effectively implemented and that QSE indicators are constantly monitored and improved.
