Vialma is looking for a Senior Marketing and Lead Generation Manager to join us,who is customer focused, data-driven, proactive and empathic, with a proven track record to generate B2B leads. In this role, you will be developing partnerships with cultural organisations, corporate sponsors, patrons, hospitals and schools, on both national and international levels.

And yes, this job description is all in English because... you will get to work with amazing cultural institutions all over Europe, as well as 20 teammates from more than 10 nationalities :-)

Vialma is a streaming service dedicated to music and the arts which create unforgettable digital and multimedia experiences for their customers. We work in close partnership with brands, museums, concert halls to help them better connect with their audiences and generate revenues.

What do we do exactly? We build white label streaming services and playlists with innovative features which help sell more tickets, raise more funds, or create a closer bond with a targeted audience. We take care of music licensing, tech and content management. We already work with a broad range of cultural organisations such as the Paris Opera, the Orsay Museum, the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona, the London Symphony Orchestra,... various corporate brands and financial institutions. We also launched a Health & Education branch: blue chips of the health and education industry use us to enable their patients, students, residents, enjoy arts. We already work with major players in their field and we can’t wait to increase that list with more names thanks to your input 🙂. The position is available from Paris or Brussels, but we are remote friendly: some of us are fully remote while others enjoy working together regularly. You will be joining a friendly team of 20 Vialmagicians, located in 5 different countries, from 10 nationalities. As the Senior Marketing and Lead Generation Manager of Vialma, you will be in charge of our marketing strategy and everything related to generating leads for the Senior Partnership team to be able to take over, meet prospects and sign new deals.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Lead Generation Manager you will (65% of your time):

  • Set the lead generation strategy and execute it across all acquisition channels, including cold emails, LinkedIn, referrals….
  • Generate new relevant leads to the B2B team.
  • Own your OKR task force, with quarterly targets of new prospects, and optimise our conversion rates at every step of the funnel
  • Nurture and enrich our entire marketing stack (Ringover, Klenty,...), especially our CRM
  • Integrate any new relevant tool to enable us to grow faster. As such, one could definitely say that the job has a growth hacking aspect.

As a Senior Marketer you will (35% of your time)

  • Define our brand strategy for our B2B activity
  • Conduct market studies and customer research
  • Manage our marketing campaigns and analyze performance (e.g. inbound leads)
  • Monitor the production of our brand documentation, creatives and content marketing (B2B website, white papers, decks, blog articles, fairs,...)
  • As we are a B2B2C business, help our clients leverage on our solution for their own customers and audiences. As such, you will identify best practices with our data team, and coordinate their diffusion across all our customers.

You will be working hand-in-hand with the content, B2B, product & tech teams.

You will also be able to allocate enough time for research and learning in order to stay up to date.

Profil recherché

Requirements:

  • 4 / 6 years of experience in lead generation roles with significant achievements
  • Seasonned with a B2B marketing stack such as Hubspot, Kaspr, Klenty,... or equivalent
  • Significant track record in revenue growth with digital customer acquisition strategies
  • Completely fluent in English and French
  • Genuine interest in Arts and tech
